Yes. Our Plus Memberships are exclusively available to Hounds Daycare members.
How do I join?
Simply log into the Hounds app, head to Memberships, and choose the Plus Membership you'd like to add.
When will my services take place?
We'll schedule your services around your regular daycare days wherever possible, meaning no additional trips or appointments are needed.
Can I have more than one Plus Membership?
Absolutely! Many members choose to combine memberships for the ultimate convenience.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plus Memberships follow the same notice period as your daycare membership.
When are payments taken?
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed.
