Unlike a traditional grooming salon, our Groom & Spa service is exclusively
available to dogs attending Hounds Daycare.
This means there's no extra journey, no waiting around in a salon and no disruption to your dog's routine.
Instead, your dog enjoys a full day of woodland adventures, play and enrichment before relaxing for their grooming appointment at a suitable point during the day.
By the time you arrive to collect them, they're clean, comfortable and ready to head home.

OUR GROOMING PROMISE
We want you to be completely happy with your dog’s groom. If there is anything you would like us to adjust—such as taking a little more length off—simply let us know. If your dog regularly attends Hounds, we can make the adjustment during their next daycare visit, subject to it being suitable and safe to do so.
There is no need to wait until their next grooming appointment. We will also update their individual grooming profile so we know exactly how you prefer their groom in future.
Please contact us within seven days of the original groom. Complimentary adjustments apply to
minor changes to the agreed groom and must be suitable for the dog’s coat and wellbeing.

Not every dog needs a full groom every visit, which is why we've created our Spa Menu.
Choose from a range of individual treatments that can be booked on their own or added to an existing groom. Whether it's a quick nail clip, a freshen-up between grooms, or a little extra pampering, you can tailor each visit to exactly what your dog needs.
