Children’s tickets are for those aged 2 to 12 years old.

Little ones under 2 can join for free with an accompanying adult. Children 13 and over will need an adult ticket.

Yes free parking is available but it's only small so please car share where possible 

The Santa Paws Woodland Journey takes around 60 - 90 minutes to complete, depending on how much fun you’re having along the way! Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot to fully enjoy the experience.

Please bring warm, weather-appropriate clothing, as part of the event is outdoors. We recommend sturdy shoes for walking through the woodland and a camera or phone for all the photo opportunities! You will also want to bring a lead for your dog and some dog waste bags.

Yes - the experience is designed especially for them! Just make sure they are kept on a lead during the event, and that they’re comfortable in a group setting. There is no limit to the amount of dogs that you bring as long as they each have a ticket and you remain in control of them.

As the event is within woodland there are lots of uneven footing. So whilst it would be possible it would be a little tricky. There are also large steps into our cabins so access wouldnt be possible into those. 

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t make your scheduled time, you can either choose a differnt slot, or feel free to pass your tickets along to someone else. Please let us know in advance if you need to transfer tickets.

Yes, the event is designed to be a calm and welcoming experience for all dogs. We ask that owners monitor their dogs and ensure they are comfortable in the environment. If your dog has special requirements, feel free to reach out to us before booking. We also have earlier sessions available for more nervous dogs. 

We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot, as spaces are limited. Tickets may be available on the day if there are any unsold slots, but we cannot guarantee availability.

We will have hot drinks available to purchase, please feel free to bring any food you would like - although we ask that these are consumed on our benches to keep contamination to a minimum. 

Tickets start at £25 for a standard adult and dog combination (early bird).

The event is rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather! If the conditions are unsafe, we will notify you about any rescheduling options. We’ve got plenty of covered areas for those looking to take a break from the rain.
